Exquisite Crazy Quilt, Museum quality, Signed and Dated 1905; Antique quilt; vintage quilt; Victorian quilt

This Pennsylvania origin Crazy Quilt is exquisite and in outstanding condition, with a burnt orange back and elaborate hand-stitched embroidery throughout the quilt. Signed Ruth Hall in two places and dated 1905, it has too many embroidered animals, flowers, bees, butterflies to name.

There is one fabric at the edge of the left side of the top that has two small tears (see photos) and several areas on the back that have faded or are discolored, but none of the fabrics has deteriorated and there are no stains or holes.

This amazing 120-year-old Crazy Quilt is in remarkable condition and is a wonderful collage of fabric and embroidery. It measures 70 inches by 76 inches. It comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home and is shown on a queen-size bed.
