Honeycomb Quilt TOP, circa 1920-1930, antique quilt top, handmade quilt top

This rarely found pattern is a Honeycomb Quilt TOP ONLY and it is circa 1920-1930. It was machine stitched from a variety of cotton fabrics - it is well-pieced and lies flat. Each octagon that makes up the giant Honeycomb is about 3.25 inches by 3.75 inches.

Excellent condition - though there are several tiny tan dots - less than 1/16 inch each (see photos). Quilt top only - needs batting and to be quilted.

It is clean and comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. It measures 68 inches by 89 inches. Shown on a queen-size bed.
