Double Irish Chain Variation Quilt TOP only, circa 1910-1920s, antique quilt top, handmade quilt top; vintage quilt top; 74" by 82"

This is a Double Irish Chain Quilt TOP only - circa 1910-1920s - with more than 1,000 squares that have been hand-stitched together. The colors are green, yellow and a very light pink/lilac.

In excellent condition with a couple of dark dots (see photos) and what looks like a one-inch smudge of greenish color transfer on one pink/lilac square, all of which may come out with a soak (this top has not been soaked). Quilt top only - needs batting and to be quilted.

It is clean and comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. It measures 74 inches by 82 inches. Shown on a queen-size bed.
