This Bow Tie quilt is circa 1930s or 1940s and is made from vintage feed sack fabrics from that era and it has been lightly hand-quilted. It has lightweight/summer-weight batting.

Unfortunately, the quilt is in rough condition - someone has spilled ink on one block and the ink went through to both sides, it has tears in some of the blocks such that the batting is showing in some locations and there is some fraying around the outside border and binding (see photos).

It is clean and soft and measures square 71 inches by 86 inches. From a smoke-free, pet-free home. Shown on a queen bed.
