Rare Magnolia Bud Antique Quilt with elaborate coral and green border, circa 1900-1910. Entirely hand pieced and hand quilted. This quilt comes from a Delaware collector.

Quilting is very fine and intricate and hand-stitched in extremely small stitches using open flower and feather patterns. The coral and green heart border is on all four sides of the quilt. It has thin, cotton batting and a coral binding that is secured with very tiny hand stitching. The back is white muslin.

Excellent condition with some fraying of the binding in a few locations, while the majority of the binding is intact and not fraying.

It is approximately 81 inches by 81 inches and comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. Pictured on a queen-size bed.
