Bowtie Quilt, circa 1940s, vintage quilt; antique quilt; cottagecore

This lovely, Bowtie variation pattern, has been both intricately quilted and embroidered resulting in a delightful work of art with a nautical feel. Maryland origin.

It measures 83 by 86 inches and has backing made of the same fabric as the border material.

This circa 1940 quilt is made of cotton and is in excellent condition with no condition issues noted. It appears to have never been used.
