This Double Irish Chain Quilt is circa 1920s-1930s and has been hand quilted in diagonals and in outlines of the squares.

The back is a white cotton, while the binding fabric matches the green squares that make up the Irish Chain. The cotton batting is lightweight.

The quilt is in very good condition with several small tan dots on the front (see photos), and binding that has begun to fray. The back also has several tan marks that do not show or effect the front.

This lovely quilt is clean and soft and measures 67 inches by 82 inches. From a smoke-free, pet-free home. Shown on a queen-size bed.
