Vintage Album Quilt, handmade quilt; 1970-1980; longarm quilted; 67 by 82 inches

This Album Quilt is circa 1970-1980s. The applique flowers have been hand-stitched while the rest of the quilt has been machine-stitched with a sewing machine. The longarm quilting is in curlicues in the body of the quilt and straight lines through the four-sided border.

The back is an off-white cotton while the quilt has been sandwiched together and machine stitched. The cotton batting is lightweight.

The quilt is in excellent vintage condition with some fading of the fabrics.

The quilt measures 67 inches by 82 inches and comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. Shown on a queen-size bed.
