Vintage Trumpet Vine Quilt: Hand-Stitched Applique, 1940s-50s (73x90")

This is a lovely Trumpet Vine Quilt that was likely pieced from a quilt kit. It has been entirely hand-quilted in tiny stitches in patterns of beautiful feathers, tiny diamonds and close-together concentric circles.

The back is white cotton, while the binding is very narrow green cotton that has been machine stitched to the back and hand-stitched to the front.

This lovely quilt is in excellent, unused condition, with no condition issues noted and the original pencil marks for the quilting still visible.

The quilt measures 73 inches by 90 inches and comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. Shown on a queen-size bed.
