Trip Around the World Antique Quilt; Circa 1940s-50s; vintage quilt; handmade quilt; cottagecore;

This Trip Around the World Quilt is circa 1940s-50s and is a beautiful combination of vintage, cotton calico fabrics. It has been machine quilted in straight lines that follow the outlines of the patchwork.

The back is made up of two fabrics - one dark green cotton and another that is a beautiful vintage floral pattern. (See photos). The binding is a contrasting light green floral pattern that has been machine stitched to the front and hand-stitched to the back. The cotton batting is lightweight.

The quilt is in excellent condition with no issues noted.

This lovely quilt is clean and soft and measures 72 inches by 84 inches. From a smoke-free, pet-free home. Shown on a queen bed.
