Lone Star or Star of Bethlehem Antique Quilt, circa 1900, handmade quilt, hand quilted; vintage quilt; cottagecore

This circa 1900 Star of Bethlehem or Lone Star Quilt looks like one giant red star, but it has been pieced together with more than 500 red diamond cotton pieces that make up the red star. The quilting is also meticulous and done in outlines of each of the 500+ diamonds and in red-on-white in swirls, circles and diamonds.

All four sides of the quilt have red, sawtooth border. The back is white cotton, and the cotton batting is lightweight.

The quilt is in excellent condition with no condition issues found.

It is clean, very soft and comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. It measures 75 inches by 76 inches. Shown on a queen-size bed.
