Unique Crazy Quilt; antique quilt; circa 1900-1910; signed "HMH", vintage quilt; Victorian quilt; cottagecore

This is a wool Crazy Quilt with a cotton border, circa 1900-1910 that is signed "HMH". It is unique for a crazy quilt in that it has (very lightweight) batting and has been intricately hand-quilted along the cotton border in a beautiful twisted rope pattern. The body of the quilt has been embroidered in a variety of patterns and also quilted around the piecework. The back is a wine-colored cotton that matches the border.

It is in excellent, unused condition.

It measures 68 inches by 68 inches and comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. It is shown on a queen-size bed.
