This Dresden Plate Quilt has a top made in the 1930s and long-arm quilting that has been done much more recently. The quilting is in curlicues and double curlicues. There is a narrow green and cheddar border around all four sides.
The back is off-white muslin that has been turned to the front and machine stitched to form the narrow binding. The cotton batting is lightweight.
The quilt is in excellent condition with some color transfer of the green and yellow fabrics (see photos).
It is clean, very soft and comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. It measures 76 inches by 88 inches. Shown on a queen-size bed.
