This lively Tree of Paradise Quilt is circa 1930s-1940s and has been pieced from a variety of eclectic blue, red, green, pink and yellow florals and bordered on all four sides by a yellow and red flower border. It is hand-quilted in arches and shells.
The back is a bold blue, white, pink, teal and green floral print that has been turned to the front and hand-stitched to form the binding. The cotton batting is lightweight.
It is in excellent condition with one small seam separation (see photos).
It is approximately 70 inches by 80 inches and comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. Pictured on a queen-size bed.
